Biodanzaweekend: Wild Heart Connection
Rediscover our primal roots in the rhythms of Earth, awakening our natural wildness and reconnecting to the instinct of life, nourished by the heart of the human community.
Instinct feeds the heart
Come and enjoy a weekend where we reconnect to our primal roots and the instinct of life which feeds our hearts. The instinct for loving contact and communion nourishes our human potential to grow and express our unique selves.
Ubuntu, a Nguni Bantu term meaning “humanity” is often translated as”I am because we are” a universal bond of sharing that connects all humanity. It is only through this universal bond of sharing that we are able to realise our unique potential as human beings.
Through archetypal dances with the elements of earth, fire, air and water we make contact with our primal roots and wildness giving expression to these elements in our life dance; and through the instinct of the group connection and human communion we nourish our deep need for loving contact and sense of belonging so that we can manifest the fullness of our potential.
